Metal cutting and sheet-metal pressworking

Machine's capabilities allow working a coil metal with simultaneous reeling, flattening and cutting, both longitudinally and transversely. Total capacities of automatic coiled steel cutting lines develop more than 250 000 tons of steel a year and comprise lines like:

 - Л-109, Л-128 (working of metal about 1600 mm in width and 3 mm in thickness)

 - 6    production units of German manufacturing firm EHT (model MultiCut 630 and MultiCut 1630) with possibility to work ferrous and non-corrosive metal from 0,7  to 16 mm in thickness and 3050 mm in width.

Cold sheet-metal pressworking is a press forming of details made of sheet, tape or strip material, carried out without considerable change of its thickness. Cold sheet-metal pressworking is used for steel, nonferrous metals, and some nonmetallic materials.

Sheet stamping details and products are notable for high accuracy.

Total number of RPRZ’s pressure equipment is over 500 units.

The basic equipment stock consists of toggle-lever, eccentric pressure machines made by "Erfurt" Company (Germany) and Russian manufacturers.

Conditionally this equipment can be divided into three groups:

Large pressure machine such as PKZe-800, PKZVi-1250 with force from 800 to 1250 ton-force, and table size from 1300х1650 mm to 4000х2500 mm

On the basis of these pressure machines combined production systems with the application of transfer tracks and mechanical manipulators reducing the movement of slug between the operations are generated

Cold stamping is one of the most advanced and perfect methods of various products manufacturing. An accuracy, speed and cheapness of made products is reached at the place of production because of a method of cold stamping. This method became common use in various industries: in mechanical-engineering, tool engineering, radio-electronic and others.
