Our plant's basic hardware's are crankshaft eccentric stamping presses PKZ "Erfurt" (Germany), and stamping presses produced in our country
On the basis of abovementioned equipment organized open-pipe mechanized lines using transporters and mechanical manipulations
Press equipment can be separated conditionally on 3 groups:
- Low presses (Force from 75 to 315 t, table platen 900*700 mm, 2500*1400 mm)
- Middle presses (Force from 400 to 630 t, table platen 1320*1000 mm, 2800*1500 mm)
- Large presses (Force from 800 to 1250 t, table platen 1300*1650 mm, 4000*2500 mm)
Opportunities of equipment make it possible to machine metal from rolls with uncoiling at the same time
